Ser Dolce Alea

Mujer es una palabra que en la actualidad contiene mucha fuerza. Ser mujer va de la mano con la feminidad y todas esas cualidades que nos hacen bellas de adentro hacia afuera. Sin embargo, muchos relacionan ciertos estándares a lo que significa ser una mujer, pero, en la actualidad, existen proyectos y organizaciones que toman a la mujer cotidiana como su inspiración y demuestran lo contrario. Uno de esos proyectos es Dolce Alea.

Dolce Alea es un proyecto audiovisual que surge "como forma de expresión, tanto artística como funcional", para "transformar toda opinión frívola de la belleza femenina y mezclar la realización audiovisual junto a esta idea; (...) originando un espacio visual en el que básicamente se condensen las herramientas que sirven para que la mujer se sienta a gusto consigo misma". 

Este proyecto nace de la motivación de cinco estudiantes de Comunicación Social, de la Universidad Católica Andrés Bello -Johana García, Isnayary Chipollo, Eileen Vera, Andreina Porto y Génesis Centeno- el cual mediante su canal de YouTube busca semalmente a través de sus tutoriales de maquillaje, videos con temáticas especiales y “makeup film” exaltar a la mujer como fuente de inspiración e invitarla a descubrir lo que la hace única y hermosa.

Su principal motivación es "redefinir la belleza" y se fundamenta en "resaltar las diferentes cualidades que pueden hacer hermosa a una mujer y estimular la belleza como un carácter innato que se debe trabajar de adentro hacia afuera, sin establecer un estándar".  

Inspiradas en la feminidad y en las cualidades de la mujer, han desarrollado una serie de herramientas que ayudan a la mujer cotidiana a definir y resaltar su belleza. En lo personal, cada una de estas herramientas pueden aplicarse a cualquier momento de nuestras vidas y, además, son de gran ayuda para esos momentos en que nos encontramos un poco apuradas y no sabemos cómo realizar alguna técnica o paso importante para tapar algunos detalles. En mi caso, el primer tutorial que utilicé me enseñó a ocultar las ojeras que me gano en mi vida de traductora. 

Para estas chicas, una mujer Dolce es "una mujer decidida y segura de sí que sale a la calle luciendo cómoda consigo misma". Para mí, una heroína Dolce es esa mujer que estimula a las demás chicas a nunca sentirse menos de lo que es y que ayuda y anima a las mujeres a no temerle al maquillaje y a usarlo como un arma para resaltar y demostrar la belleza innata. 

Dolce Alea se define en tres palabras como feminidad, inspiración y arte. Pero luego de haber colaborado con estas chicas en un tutorial especial que combina moda y maquillaje, puedo decir que Dolce Alea es motivación, sueños, originalidad y, por sobretodo, un proyecto lleno de talento. Sin dejar de mencionar que todas y cada una de sus integrantes son chicas súper especiales y simpáticas que te hacen sentir parte de la familia Alea. 

Este es un proyecto que apenas comienza, pero que aspira grandes cosas para su futuro. Sus metas sociales para llevarle a la mujer esa motivación a descubrir su belleza natural y resaltarla con sus herramientas de maquillaje están  anotadas en el calendario de estas chicas. Además, en un futuro buscan "las colaboraciones con talentos nacionales, con fundaciones y con la mujer", que diariamente las inspiran. "Principalmente, cualquier iniciativa que fomente un pensamiento positivo sobre lo que somos como mujeres, lo que representamos en el desarrollo de la sociedad y lo que podemos realizar cuando el empeño y las ganas de crear se mezclan".

Pensar en Dolce Alea será entonces pensar en la mujer y sus cualidades, en lo que nos hace ser seres de fuerza y, además, dueñas de nuestra belleza propia y única. Pensar en ser una mujer Dolce será entonces pensar en ser una heroína.

Woman is a word that means strengh. Being a woman goes along with femininity and all those qualities that make us beautiful from the inside to the outside. However, many people relate certain standards of what it means to be a woman, but, nowadays, there are projects and organizations that make the everyday woman  its inspiration. One of these projects is Dolce Alea.

Dolce Alea is an audiovisual project that arises "as a form of expression, both artistic and functional" to "transform all frivolous view of feminine beauty and mix audiovisual production with this idea (...) causing a visual space which basically give the tools used to make a woman to feel good about herself ".

This project stems from the motivation of five students of Social Communication of the Catholic University Andres Bello -Johana García, Isnayary Chipollo, Eileen Vera, Andreina Porto and Genesis Centeno/ who through their YouTube channel are looking  every week through their makeup tutorials, videos with special themes and "makeup films" to exalt women as inspiration and invite you to discover what makes it unique and beautiful.

Their main motivation is to "redefine beauty" and based on "the highlight of the different qualities that can make a woman beautiful and stimulate innate beauty as a character to be working from the inside to the outside, without setting a standard".

Inspired by the femininity and qualities of women, they have developed a series of tools that help everyday women define and highlight its beauty. Personally, each of these tools can be applied at any point in our lives and also are helpful for those times that we are a bit rushed and we can not make any technica to cover some details. In my case, the first tutorial I used taught me to hidemy bags I earn in my life as a translator.

For these girls, a Dolcewoman  is "a strong and confident woman who goes out being comfortable with herself". To me, a Dolce heroine is the woman who encourages other girls to never feel less than who she is and that helps and encourages women to not be afraid to make and use make up as its weapon to highlight and demonstrate the innate beauty.

Dolce Alea is defined in three words like femininity, inspiration and art. But after working with these girls in a special tutorial that combines fashion and makeup, I can say that Dolce Alea is motivation, dreams, originality and, above all, a project full of talent. Not to mention that every one of its members are super special and nice girls that make you feel part of the  Alea family.

This is a project that is just beginning, but that aspires great things for the future. Their social goals to bring the woman to be motivated to discover its natural beauty and highlight with makeup tools are listed in the schedule of these girls. Furthermore, in the future seek tey are looking "partnerships with national talent, with foundations and women who daily inspire them". Mainly, any initiative that promotes a positive thought about what are women, we stand in the development of society and what can be done when the commitment and desire to create mixed".

To think in Dolce Alea is to think about women and their qualities, what makes us beings of strength and also masters of our own unique beauty. To think about being a Dolce woman is to think about being a hero.
