Distrito Caracas en telas

Caracas es una ciudad contradictoria, pero muy recurrente. Una ciudad particular, pero muy conocida.  Una ciudad que en cada rincón esconde un talento, pero que nunca había sido materializada hasta ahora. Conoceremos a Distrito Caracas, una marca emergente con grandes propuestas y diseños que brindan la oportunidad de vivir, sentir y ser parte de la capital.

Distrito Caracas nace a finales del 2012 bajo una idea y una propuesta por parte de sus diseñadoras Sandra y Andreina, quienes en conjunto buscaban comenzar una marca que reflejara su visión y su identidad como diseñadoras. Sin embargo, no fue sino hasta el año 2013 que las chicas logran materializar su sueño luego de un largo proceso de producción en donde el profesionalismo, la delicadeza y la calidad se observaban en todas y cada una de sus piezas iniciales.

No obstante, estas piezas no tendrían vida sin la historia detrás de cada una de ellas. Inspiradas en el día a día de la ciudad caraqueña, sus diseñadoras crearon prendas basadas en las formas, facciones, paisajes, emociones y, por sobretodo, "sueños escondidos donde Venezuela vuelve a ser aquella añorada por Romulo Betancourt, Renny Ottolina o Arturo Uslar Pietri". Además, con ellas buscan reflejar el amor y los valores olvidados en esta ciudad que deberían aplicarse diariamente. En mi opinón personal,  cada prenda es el resultado de una asociación que convergen en un mismo fin para transmitir un ideal que beneficia y viste a muchas venezolanas.

Distrito Caracas pensando siempre en la necesidad, el compromiso y la vida ajetreada de las venezolanas, le brinda a su clientela una selección de prendas frescas, modernas, elegantes y sofisticadas que pueden adaptarse a cualquier estilo y a cualquier situación. Sus prendas, por más sencillas que puedan parecer, brindan una infinidad de opciones a la hora de vestir y eso es lo que, en mi opinión, hace de la marca una prenda esencial en el armario de la mujer.

Al igual que Caracas, la marca se describe a sí misma como "elegante, ecléctica y evolutiva,  lo que ocasiona siempre un cambio". Cambios que no solo se ubican en llevar una de sus prendas de lo formal a lo informal, sino cambios en el modo de diseñar y crear una prenda venezolana. Distrito Caracas es sin duda una marca que debemos tomar en cuenta a la hora de vestir, ya que su compromiso a futuro es a nivel nacional con el fin de llevar sus ideales y sus prendas por el país.

Su más reciente colección, "Metanoia", propone un concepto de diseño que busca "cambiar los paradigmas y los pensamientos preconcebidos para crear nuevos espacios y recrear cosas en lugares fuera de lo común". Así bajo la presentación de piezas con diferentes texturas y estampados dará lugar a una gama de combinaciones que desafiará a la mujer sin desviarla de ser quién es adaptando las piezas a diferentes situaciones.

Sin duda, ésta es una marca que cuenta una historia y promueve un sentimiento. Más que un marca de ropa, podría describirla como un símbolo del compromiso con nuestro país. Al llevar una prenda de Distrito Caracas, estaremos llevando un pedazo de nuestra ciudad, un sentimiento olvidado, un valor escondido y un ideal.

Caracas is a contradictory city, but very appellant. A particular town, but that is well known. A city that hides in every corner a talent, but that had never been materialized so far. We will meet Distrito Caracas, an emerging brand with great proposals and designs that provide the opportunity to live, feel and be part of the Capital.

Distrito Caracas was born in late 2012 under an idea and a proposal by its designers Sandra and Andreina, who together wanted to start a brand that reflects their vision and their identity as designers. However, it was not until 2013 that the girls manage to materialize his dream after a long process of production where professionalism, delicacy and quality were the main characteristics in each and every one of his early pieces.

However, these pieces would not be created without the history behind each one of them. Inspired by the day of Caracas city, its designers created garments based on forms, features, landscapes, emotions and, above all, "hidden dreams where Venezuela is again that dreamed by Romulo Betancourt, Renny Ottolina or Arturo Uslar Pietri ". In addition, they seek to reflect the  forgotten love in this city that should be applied in daily values. In my personal opinion, each garment is the result of a partnership that converge in the same order to convey an ideal that benefits many Venezuelans.

Distrito Caracas always thinking about the need and commitment of the busy life of Venezuelans girls, offers its customers a selection of fresh, modern, elegant and sophisticated clothes that can adapt to any style and any situation. These clothes, however offers a multitude of options when it comes to dress and that is what, in my opinion, makes the brand an essential piece in the wardrobe of women.

Like Caracas, the brand describes itself as "elegant, eclectic and evolutionary, which always brings a change." Changes that are located not only in bringing one of the pieces from formal to informal, but changes in the way of designing and creating a Venezuelan garment. Distrito Caracas is definitely a brand that we must take into account when dressing because their future commitment  is to bring their ideals and their garments throughout the country.

The most recent collection, "Metanoia" features a design concept that seeks to "change the paradigms and preconceived thoughts to create new spaces and recreate things in unusual places." So upon presentation of pieces with different textures and patterns will result in a range of combinations that will challenge divert the female being who is adapting parts to different situations.

Undoubtedly, this is a brand that tells a story and promotes a feeling. More than a clothing brand, could describe it as a symbol of commitment to our country. Bywearing a piece of Distrito Caracas, we are taking a piece of our city, a feeling forgotten, a  hidden value and an ideal.
